International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration



Scientists from the UK and US are working together to investigate one of the most unstable glaciers in Antarctica which is the size of the US state of Florida or Great Britain. The International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration – our science partnership to study this glacier – aims to better understand how much sea levels could rise as the glacier changes in the future.

International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration



Scientists from the UK and US are working together to investigate one of the most unstable glaciers in Antarctica which is the size of the US state of Florida or Great Britain. The International Thwaites Glacier Collaboration – our science partnership to study this glacier – aims to better understand how much sea levels could rise as the glacier changes in the future.
